We ship worldwide from Sorrento, Italy. Every piece is carefully wrapped by hand to protect its lacquered finish in transit.

• Europe: standard 3–5 business days, express 1–2 business days.
• Rest of world: standard 7–14 business days, express 3–5 business days.

Exact rates are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Customers outside the EU may be responsible for import duties or taxes charged by their own country on arrival; these are not included in the shipping cost.

Returns

If a piece arrives damaged, or isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@inlaidbotteguccia.com and we'll arrange a return or replacement. Because these are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces, we ask that items be returned unused and in their original packaging.

EU right of withdrawal

If you're an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer protection rules. Contact us to arrange the return; the item must be sent back in its original condition.
